Pay: Starting at $18/hour + performance-based raises twice per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours (typically 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)

Start at $18/hour with a clear path to earn more. Strong performers receive a $1/hour raise at 90 days, with additional performance-based raises twice per year after that.
Raises are based on your reliability, quality of work, and contribution—not tenure. If you show up, work hard, and take pride in what you do, your pay will reflect it.
What You’ll Do
- Clean common areas in apartment communities (hallways, offices, shared spaces)
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (turn cleans)
- Follow clear cleaning checklists and company standards
- Work independently and as part of a small team

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance
- Comfortable working across multiple job sites in the metro area
- Able to handle physical work (standing, bending, lifting, walking throughout the day)
- Ability to pass background screening (if required)
